Enter through the main entrance located at 123 West 43rd Street. Upon entering the main hall, follow the guidance of our dedicated guest experience representatives.
If needed, and subject to availability, tickets can be purchased at the Box Office, conveniently situated to the right of the most Easterly entrance, closest to Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue).
If you’re picking up reserved seats at Will Call, have your confirmation number and government-issued ID available.
The entrance closest to 6th Avenue is accessible to ticketed guests who use wheelchairs, walkers, canes, or crutches and possess tickets.
ADA seating is only available on the orchestra level.
For access to the ADA restroom, use the elevator located on the West side of the main lobby. See any guest experience representative, security guard or elevator operator, if you require assistance.

Complimentary Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests who have difficulty hearing. Please see the House Manager to request one. You will be required to leave a driver’s license or credit card as collateral. Upon returning the device in the same condition, your collateral will be promptly returned.
The Town Hall personnel have received extensive emergency evacuation training to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those with disabilities.
Additional emergency staff will be assigned to the accessible seating areas to aid patrons with disabilities. Please follow their instructions for your safety and well-being.
Interpreted Performances
Upon request, Town Hall offers signed performances for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. We are committed to making every effort to accommodate each request, provided we receive sufficient advance notice. Please ensure your cell phones, pagers, electronic beepers (including medical alert devices) are switched off or set to silent mode before the performance begins. If you require seating near an electrical outlet for charging a ventilator or any other disability-related device, contact the Box Office at least two business days prior to your event so we can make suitable arrangements.
